Local air service companies offer flightseeing trips on Canadian bush planes. If your passing through one of the towns in the region and want to do some flightseeing, check out the waterfront area to see if there is a floatplane base. Go down to the dock and look for an office where you can get more information about getting into a floatplane for a grand aerial tour of the Canadian shield. Look for wildlife below especially on bare rock outcrops and along lakeshores. You may get lucky and see a moose or black bear. Make sure you take your camera with you!
